What is Parkmobile smart parking

With Parkmobile you activate and deactivate your parking session using your mobile Phone. At the end of each month Parkmobile collects your parking fees through the selected paymentmethod. For only € 0,25 per parking action you don't have to hunt for change, fear parkingfines or predict your lenght of stay. That's smart parking, that's Parkmobile.


 
How can I (de)activate my parking session?

You can (de)activate by calling, TXT, (mobile) internet or Parkmobile App.


 
Can I park in every city with Parkmobile?

At the moment, the Parkmobile system operates in more than 25 cities in the Netherlands. You can find all of our cities here.


 
How do I become a customer?

You can register for a Parkmobile account online. Please have ready your:

- License plate information
- Creditcard details or bankaccount
- Mobile phone you wish to register for the service

Please note that your mobile phone number will be how we identify you as the account holder when you call our automated service.


 
View parking history?

View parking history:
- Login to my parkmobile.
- On the left hand side of your screen, under Overview, there is a category called Parking History, please click here.
- Simply look up the relevant month and date your parked and take note (or print off) of any parking you wish to account for.


 
Add/Amend mobile phones registered to use the service?

Add/Amend mobile phones registered to use the service:
- Login to my parkmobile.
- Beneath Managing Your Account (left of screen) click on the option Users. - Your Users page will open. Click upon Add new account.
- The Add new account page will open and you need to complete all the details on that page. Please ensure that all the details you have added are correct, especially the telephone numbers and vehicle registrations.
- Click on Save.
