How do I pay for my parking charges?

When you first register with us, you can choose to pay for parking by Creditcard or direct debit. With Parkmobile all parking is paid for a month in arrears. So any parking with Parkmobile in June, for example, will be collated and charged to your account in the first week of July. Collection of payments is very secure. Normal banking procedures, regulations, infrastructure and protocols apply.

Please ensure that we hold a valid card and that you have suitable credit on your payment card or bank account.


 
What are the costs to use this system?

Registering with Parkmobile is free. Customers can choose from two service plans. Customers either pay a € 0,25 surcharge in addition to the normal tariff for their parking period or a membership fee of € 1,75 per month for each vehicle registered to their Parkmobile account you do not pay a surcharge in addition to the normal tariff for the parking period.

We can also send you text reminders when your parking time is nearly at its end or when you are parked for more than two hours as a reminder. These cost € 0,25 each but might save you from an expensive penalty charge or help you to remind about your parkingaction.
